This was my second year presenting to the moms of Las Madres Neighborhood Playgroups through its Parent Education series. I discussed some of the topics from my book (routine, sleep, fussiness, and self-care for mothers) and answered questions about various topics relating to babies and motherhood. This was such a fun experience and opportunity to connect with other moms!
